What we’re looking for in an AV Support Engineer - Dublin
Required Skills & Qualifications:
We are looking for a resource that will provide day-to-day tier-one AV support as part of their daily duties.
This would include:
* Daily functional audits of conference rooms to validate systems are operational and ready for service.
* Perform basic troubleshooting of AV systems which fail audits including: System reboots, power validation, network connectivity validation, USB or network-connected peripheral validation.
* Basic Windows Operating System Administration
* Patch management
* Authentication/Connectivity validation
* Event Support
* Connect/transfer wireless microphones in event spaces (training provided)
* Connect confidence monitors (training provided)
* Configure Microsoft Surface Hubs to connect to Teams Meetings (training provided)
* Partner with other third-party service providers for event management as needed
* User Support
* Support end users who experience conference room failures
* Escalations - escalate issues to client leveraging our support contract processes for issues unable to be resolved or for VIP events as needed
