* Develop strategies to increase revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building with clients, event planners, and corporate partners.
* Nurture strong relationships with clients by maintaining attention to detail in event setups, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate conferences and private events, oversee budgets, contracts, deposits, and timelines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and continuously improve the event experience through client feedback analysis.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software such as Microsoft and stay proficient in its use.
