Overview
Working for a leading Food Service Provider in Ireland who are extremely successful and have been around for over 30 years.
Due to continued success, they are now looking to recruit a Head of Corporate Sales to be responsible for large VIP Corporate Clients and to Manage a team of National Account Managers nationwide.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the budgeted annual sales and profit targets with key customers
Managing and maintaining existing Head Office relationships with large VIP clients and delivering sales growth
Responsible for the creation of a Growth Plan which will reflect your approach to new business development, client retention and creating a high performing sales team.
Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit and margin targets.
New business development and delivering new business sales and margin targets.
Design and implement a National Accounts sales plan
Responsible for Tenders & Negotiations
P&L Ownership
Managing a Nationwide team of National Account Managers
Setting KPIs and Targets
Motivating, Training and mentoring the Team
Road and office based role
Qualifications
Strong Sales Management experience – managing at national account management level
A background in Food Sales
Experience in consultative selling, marketing principles, prospecting, networking, coaching and negotiations
The capacity to interpret, understand and act upon financial data through numeric, commercial and verbal reasoning
Experience in Tenders and Negotiations
Experience in managing P&L
Full clean Driving Licence
