Job Title: Contract Management Professional
Description:
This role involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of the QS department, working closely with the Managing QS and Contracts Manager to ensure the smooth administration of contracts from start-up to final account. The successful candidate will be responsible for agreeing project budgets, managing all project costs, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting on the overall performance of projects
- Providing detailed analysis and approval of outgoing sub-contractor and supplier payments
- Attending and contributing to site meetings as required
- Ensuring relevant monthly reports are issued in the agreed format and within the timeframe agreed
- Managing overall costs on projects and any variations
- Responsible for procurement of all sub-contract packages
- Implementing value engineering proposals
