Entry Controller Security Officer
A leading and dynamic organization is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry Controller to join their Dublin branch. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing the entry and release of vehicles at auction while ensuring the smooth operation of daily processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the arrival and departure of vehicles through Entry Control.
* Input vehicle details and service histories into the Auction Manager System.
* Organize and maintain paperwork for all vehicles arriving onsite for auction.
* Handle the release of vehicles through Entry Control after auctions.
* Provide timely and accurate updates to the support team on new vehicle arrivals via daily reports.
* Monitor CCTV to ensure security and compliance.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
* Strong IT literacy and proficiency in relevant systems.
* Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
* A team player who can collaborate effectively and work within deadlines.
* A flexible attitude to working hours.
* Must hold a clean full driving license for 3 years or more.
Desirable Skills
* Full driving license.
Work Schedule
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
* Additional hours may be required as needed.
Compensation
* Salary: 13.50 per hour plus overtime opportunities.
