We are currently seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our busy office in Sandyford. Suitable candidates should be living in Dublin. This role will suit an ambitious and confident individual, who is comfortable working in a busy and fast paced business, where hard work is financially rewarded. Role: The successful Graduate Recruitment Consultantwill manage the full 360 recruitment process. Business development with existing and new clients. Candidate attraction and screening. You will receive excellent training and work alongside highly skilled Recruitment Consultants, who will mentor you to become an expert in your field. Requirements: Must have a Degree from a recognised third level institution. Ideally have 1 year of recent experience working in an office role in Dublin. The ideal Graduate Recruitment Consultant will be committed to offering the highest professional standards. Must have excellent computer skills, Word, Excel etc. Be self-motivated, organised and have excellent time management skills. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Be results driven, confident, ambitious and career driven. Have excellent attention to detail. Have a strong sense of urgency. Strong decision making skills.
