The company is recognised for delivering large-scale projects across Europe and is undergoing significant growth and digital transformation. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping IT operations and managing outsourced IT service delivery.Role Overview:The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between the business and its external vendors, ensuring IT service delivery meets business needs. You will oversee infrastructure projects, manage service escalations, and support IT strategy and compliance across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Act as the internal point of contact between the business and external IT service providersMonitor vendor performance against SLAs and escalate issues where appropriateLead and coordinate infrastructure projects (e.g. network upgrades, server migrations, cloud transitions)Oversee IT security, compliance, and infrastructure in partnership with MSPsManage documentation, asset registers, and IT policy complianceTrack IT service metrics and report on user satisfaction and performanceSupport software licensing and hardware lifecycle managementContribute to strategic IT planning and continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline5+ years' experience in IT coordination, service delivery, or vendor managementSolid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to translate complex technical issues for a non-technical audiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience working with or within a Managed Service Provider environmentStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and endpoint management toolsTrack record of managing IT vendors and resolving service escalationsProject management experience in IT or infrastructure-related initiativesAnalytical approach and commitment to process improvementFlexible, hands-on attitude with a willingness to take ownership across various responsibilities
