Warranty Administrator
to join a valued client of Primtac Personnel with a HQ beside Saggart in South Co. Dublin.; This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about the automotive industry and looking to carve out a successful career in this field.
Candidate Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in an administrative role within the motor industry, ideally in Service/Warranty in an HGV environment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and administrative abilities
* Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems; Kerridge CDK experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
* Process warranty claims
* Verify warranty status for customer requests
* Track claims and reimbursements
* Manage parts returns or disposal as per brand requirements
* Review and communicate warranty literature to staff
* Prepare for and assist with warranty audits
* Provide ad-hoc cover at the service reception desk
* Support service department administration, including invoicing
