About the Role
As Senior Tax Manager, you'll work closely with heads of tax and senior personnel, providing structuring advice, tax technology solutions, and compliance services.
You'll play a key role in supporting clients as they navigate the challenges of the OECD's Pillar 2 regime and other emerging legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise closely with clients to identify and implement optimum tax solutions
Provide innovative advice on business issues, acquisitions, disposals, overseas expansions, and tax-efficient financing
Deepen your expertise in global tax rules, including Pillar 2 and international tax law
Assist clients with the identification, collection, and analysis of data required for Pillar 2 calculations
Prepare and review tax provisions, including Pillar 2 adjustments, for quarterly and year-end reporting
Contribute to the development and implementation of systems and processes to support Pillar 2 compliance
Deal with technical queries, collaborating with specialists and international offices
Coach and mentor team members, promoting a learning culture and driving results
Embrace digital transformation and champion new technologies in day-to-day business
About You
At least 6 years' experience in tax consulting or compliance services
Strong interest in Pillar 2 and tax policy
Business acumen and the ability to extract insights from market trends
Creative thinker, able to propose innovative solutions
Enthusiastic team player with a passion for coaching and encouraging others
Ambitious, with a strong commitment to personal learning and development
