Our client is looking for a Sustainability Engineer to spearhead energy-related projects within the construction industry. This role involves designing, developing, and evaluating initiatives aimed at reducing energy costs and enhancing energy efficiency during construction, remodeling, or building phases.

Requirements:
1. Degree in Building Services or related field
2. Further qualifications in Energy/Sustainability
3. 1-2 years' experience as a Sustainability Engineer
4. Thermal Modelling experience (IES VE). Familiarity with MEP services and Building Regulations
