Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized IT Project Coordinator to join our team. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of IT projects across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support programme management office functions in governance and monitoring of IT and Cybersecurity projects and programmes.
* Administer PMO tasks such as onboarding new programme and project managers, monitoring training and key compliance activities.
* Manage system administration of Planview and Jira tools.
* Develop portfolio demand and delivery reporting using IT systems and data visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Produce PMO and Portfolio status and compliance reports.
* Plan resources and capacity across the IT PMO programmes.
* Generate ad-hoc reports and compliance follow-ups as needed.
* Manage enhancement requests for changes to systems and processes.
* Support Portfolio improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business or information technology or equivalent.
* Three years of experience in project/PMO/portfolio administration or coordination.
* Excellent written and oral English skills.
* Experience working in a large-scale multi-national global organization.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent financial and numerical skills.
* Experience in project and portfolio reporting and visualization.
* Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
* Project management qualifications are advantageous.
* Experience with Planview is advantageous.
