Event Management Professional
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Event Management Professional to oversee the effective operation of our Conference Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and co-ordinating all events on-site, including open days, scientific and technical conferences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the Conference Centre, ensuring seamless execution of events.
* Co-ordinate administrative support for all programmes at the campus, ensuring alignment with policies and governance procedures.
* Oversee campus-wide administrative operations, including reception, stores, and layout of staff and student offices.
* Maintain high standards of administration and customer service at all times.
Key Qualifications:
* A degree in business administration or a related field.
* At least 5 years of relevant senior administration experience, including management of people, teams, and resources.
* Computer proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Excellent administration, organisational, time management, and numeracy skills.
