Service Delivery Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting performance targets, and maintaining compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team management
* Maintaining high-performance levels of service-related processes and implementing improvements where necessary
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Driving service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations and driving future demand
* Leading the delivery of service improvements, ensuring timely implementation
* People management, including staff recruitment and retention, performance appraisals, training and mentoring
Requirements:
* Qualification in engineering or business
* Minimum of 2+ years experience in leading a services business, ideally within the engineering or IT industries
* Strong leadership experience
