Level 3 Technical Support Engineer | £180- £220 (Outside IR35) | Cork County, Ireland (fully onsite)| 12 months (possibility of rolling contract)
A consultancy we're working with is looking for a L3 Technical Support Engineer to join their end client in supporting, troubleshooting and overcoming challenges in their environment for their customers.
They'll be looking for someone that's previously worked in a networking environment.

12-month contract (rolling contract)
Rate:
£180-£220 (Outside IR35)
Based:
Cork, fully on site
Start date:
Onboarding December, start date in January
Responsibilities:
Resolve complex customer technical issues
Provide advanced troubleshooting, investigation, and root-cause analysis
Support enterprise customers with high-priority cases and escalations
Work with logs, bundles, traces, and diagnostic tools to identify, isolate, and resolve issues
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Field Teams, and Technical Experts to resolve issues and enhance product usability for customers.
Looking for:
5+ years' experience in a technical support or engineering roles in networking environments
Experience using debugging tools, log analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a global support team
