Key roles
You will advise customers on their insurance needs and make outbound calls to generate sales and renewals. The ideal candidate is reliable and focused, eager to join a dynamic, high-performing broker support team.
Responsibilities
* Handle inquiries from customers via inbound calls and email.
* Respond to all customer service requirements per service levels, procedures, and guidelines.
* Provide accurate advice based on in-depth knowledge of the business and services.
* Meet and exceed individual and team targets.
* Resolve queries on a first-call basis.
* Make outbound calls for sales and renewals.
* Act in a compliant and secure manner according to policies and procedures.
* Work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
* Commit to personal development and growth.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Decision-making and numerical skills.
* Sales negotiation and administrative skills are highly desirable.
Experience
* Experience in a pressured environment with tight deadlines.
* Experience working as part of a team, supporting and motivating others.
* Third-level qualification (highly desired).
* Experience with Applied or OpenGI broking systems (preferable).
