Responsibilities
Peel, chop, prepare, and cook ingredients from scratch daily in an onsite kitchen.
Assist with fast‑paced commercial kitchen operations.
Deliver freshly cooked lunches to classrooms.
Perform end‑of‑day clean down.
Maintain high HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Willingness to move between schools within a 30‑minute drive.
All roles subject to Garda Vetting and completion of a Child Protection Course.
Positive attitude; experience in catering or home cooking is an advantage.
Ability to work a rotating schedule Monday to Friday, term‑time hours 8:00 am–3:00 pm (or earlier).
