We are seeking a skilled Car Sales Representative to promote and sell pre-owned vehicles to customers.
* Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers, understand their vehicle needs and preferences, present features and specifications, and provide information about pricing and promotions.
* Performance Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by maintaining product knowledge, following up on leads, and addressing customer questions and concerns.
* Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options with customers to close sales and ensure accurate paperwork completion.
* Market Intelligence: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, vehicle models, and competitor offerings to expand knowledge of the dealership's inventory and promotions.
* Customer Support: Provide post-sale support, conduct follow-up calls and surveys, and ensure customer satisfaction for future sales opportunities.
