We are seeking an ambitious Senior Legal Process Analyst to join our growing global Transaction Legal Support Team. This role combines strategic legal infrastructure management with hands‑on operational support, ensuring our commercial legal processes operate efficiently day‑to‑day. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will streamline contract processes, ensure compliance, and support broader legal department objectives.
Responsibilities
 * Administer the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and support day‑to‑day operations.
 * Streamline contract processes and ensure compliance across all commercial legal operations.
 * Create and maintain process documents, operational playbooks, and template libraries.
 * Coordinate projects with stakeholders to manage resources and align departmental initiatives.
 * Generate data analytics, develop presentations, and provide operational insights to support decision‑making.
 * Analyze legal documents, review, draft, and redline as required, applying thorough knowledge of legal department processes.
 * Deliver consistent day‑to‑day operational support to ensure commercial legal processes run efficiently.
 * Apply analytical problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges while continuously improving processes.
Qualifications
 * Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
 * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract management or a related role within a legal department.
 * Demonstrated experience administering CLM systems and legal technology platforms.
 * Proven ability to review, analyze, and process legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Experience developing, maintaining, and optimizing operational procedures, documentation, and workflow processes.
 * Proficiency in data analysis tools and ability to generate reports, presentations, and actionable insights.
 * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with legal department management systems.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and strong stakeholder coordination.
 * Strong project management, multitasking abilities, and proven track record of managing competing priorities.
 * Analytical mindset with ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
 * Understanding of legal compliance requirements and risk management principles.
 * Comfort working in fast‑paced technology environments with ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
