Account Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our National and Specialty Division. This role will involve managing a portfolio of clients, including Healthcare and National accounts, with an ability to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client portfolios, ensuring excellent service delivery and renewal management from start to finish.
* Assist with mid-term alterations, deal with day-to-day client and carrier queries, and perform administrative duties.
* Review and vet insurance and supporting documentation against defined requirements.
* Support the designated claims team in handling insurance claims.
* Provide assistance to colleagues across general lines products.
* Secure and retain clients by delivering an exceptional service experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong relevant experience in the insurance broking sector, preferably holding CIP qualifications and meeting Central Bank Fitness & Probity standards. The individual should be able to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and colleagues, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
