About this role: This is a leadership position within our residential care services team.
Job Description The primary focus of this role is to deliver high-quality person-centred care and support, meeting the practical, physical and emotional needs of service users with intellectual disabilities/ABI/Autism.
This involves assisting individuals with daily living tasks, training activities, and supporting them to achieve their maximum level of independence.
