Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Compliance & Validation Specialist to join our team and support validation activities for applications, systems and digital solutions.
As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will apply IT, quality and regulatory compliance expertise to assess system requirements against validation and assurance activities using risk-based principles. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, corporate policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain risk-based validation strategies for medium to large systems
2. Define approaches for AI-enabled systems used in regulated environments (e.g., quality control)
3. Perform assessments to determine GxP scope and testing focus based on patient safety risks
4. Capture reporting metrics identifying opportunities for process improvement

* Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in a regulated life sciences environment or equivalent experience
