Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to manage and drive delivery across high-volume contingent workforce accounts. This role combines hands‑on operational oversight with strong people leadership, ensuring consistent performance, high‑quality recruitment delivery, and an engaged, high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day recruitment operations across multiple national client accounts
Manage team performance through structured coaching, mentoring, and regular pipeline reviews
Set, monitor and deliver against key KPIs including time‑to‑fill, fulfilment, compliance and retention
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to forecast demand and plan recruitment activity
Ensure all onboarding and compliance processes are completed accurately and on time
Drive consistency and continuous improvement across sourcing strategies, workflows and systems
Support team development, identifying capability gaps and building clear progression pathways
Contribute to hiring and onboarding within the team as required
Represent the function in client meetings, providing practical, solutions‑focused insight
Experience & Skills
3–4 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within high‑volume or contingent workforce environments
Proven ability to support or lead team development in a fast‑paced setting
Strong understanding of compliance and Irish employment standards
Highly organised, process‑driven, and comfortable working to targets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using ATS/CRM systems (JobAdder desirable)
