About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Territory Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for increasing brand availability, recognition, and sales of our products within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Regularly visit supermarkets and convenience stores to build strong relationships with store staff, inform them about our latest product lines, offers, and promotions, and influence product merchandising to ensure our products are highly visible and appealing to customers.
* Manage distribution and product availability to meet customer needs.
* Identify opportunities for display and space improvements to maximise exposure.
* Develop sound business relationships with customers to drive sales growth.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a similar role or direct sales/customer-facing experience, preferably from an FMCG or retail background.
* Excellent people skills and a sales mindset – build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
* A full Irish manual driving licence with no more than 6 points or bans – regular travel is required.
* Comfort with driving distance – occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
