About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to head our textile department in Waterford. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver business growth through effective management and leadership
* Drive sales and profitability by analysing data, stock availability, trading patterns and pre-empting customer needs and demands
* Maintain stock accuracy and ensure the department has the right choice and levels of product to drive sales
* Demonstrate excellent customer service while ensuring the Dunnes Stores Experience customer service programme is delivered
* Lead and train the team in line with the brand training programme
* Ensure best practice in relation to driving IStore & Online sales are adhered to by all
Requirements:

* Department or team leader level experience in a fast paced retail environment & customer focused business is preferable but not essential
