What You’ll Own End-to-end project leadership – scoping, delivery, vendors, stakeholders, go-live Change management presented clearly to senior, non-technical stakeholders P1 incident command – who to pull in, how to chase vendors, how to communicate upward throughout L3 escalation support across Windows Server, VMware, AD, Exchange, M365/Azure AD, Dell, Veeam, AWS Networking and security: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN ISO27001, SOX, NIST compliance support; ITIL incident, change and problem management Mentoring junior engineers and owning change control documentation You’ll be a strong fit if You have 4+ years in a corporate infrastructure role with solid project and incident examples to back it up You’ve presented technical changes to non-technical decision-makers and made it land Financial services or MSP background; degree in CS or related field; MCP/MCSE/VMware a bonus You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves – title isn’t what drives you
