As a senior HR expert, you will play a crucial role in driving business success through effective people management strategies. This involves collaborating with various departments to implement systems and processes that support the company's overall objectives.

You will be responsible for assisting with staffing decisions by assessing needs and objectives, helping managers identify suitable candidates, and participating in the recruitment & selection process.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute employee engagement programs and HR initiatives aligned with the company's HR strategy.
* Provide guidance and counseling to managers and employees on employee relations, discipline, and performance.
* Investigate and manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
* Design and deliver leadership training programs and host quarterly leadership forums and HR clinics.
* Develop and coordinate a communications program to maintain harmonious employee relations.
* Lead the Performance Management process and ensure timely completion of Divisional due dates.
* Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, working closely with Legal counsel as needed.
* Identify potential employee initiatives through regular participation in functional management and employee meetings.
* Maintain an accurate job documentation system by conducting job analyses, determining job status and grade, and auditing the system regularly.
* Conduct employee training on various HR-related topics.

This role requires close collaboration with the HR Central team and site leaders to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee documentation, managing employee changes, pay, benefits, and terminations.


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field and CIPD Membership.
* At least 6 years of experience in HR Business Partner/Generalist roles, with a strong understanding of Core HR policies and procedures.
* Solid knowledge of business concepts, HR practices, and employment law.
* Previous experience managing employee relations issues is essential.
* Good understanding of Irish employment law and experience in designing and delivering leadership training programs.
