Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager III Out of Hours
This role requires a professional and clinically skilled leader to oversee the management of resources including staffing and staff development. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, and contribute to service development through continuous education and research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Exercise authority and co-ordinate the functions of the assigned area(s)
* Provide support, advice and direction to staff as required
* Foster good working relationships between colleagues and other staff by maintaining a high professional standard
Requirements:
* Registered in the general division of the Register of Nurses maintained by NMBI
* At least seven years post-registration nursing experience (full-time or equivalent hours part-time) in an acute hospital setting
* A minimum of two years experience at Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Grade
