Financial Leadership Role
The successful candidate will hold a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) qualification and have previous experience in a senior management position. They will be responsible for all reporting entities, playing a key part in supporting future acquisitions, development projects, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Finalise monthly management accounts including cost and variance analysis.
* Prepare and present monthly reporting packs and board reports.
* Develop and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecast models.
* Manage cashflow forecasts and ongoing cashflow management.
* Assist the Managing Director with strategic business planning.
* Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and tax deadlines.
Requirements:
* Ambitious and commercially astute financial leader.
* Effective communicator with strong written communication skills.
* Strong IT skills including accounting ledger systems and Excel.
* Strong organisational skills including planning, prioritisation and time management.
