Your day to day will consist of working closely with Transport Planners, Managers, Drivers and Customers to ensure that all paperwork is completed and recorded across the operation. The Role: Support the Transport team Creation of PODs Monitoring of driver's collection notes ensuring accuracy Ensuring all contracts for deliveries are signed and received Work with other departments effectively Communicate with customers regarding delivery and collection requirements General transport administrative duties The Person: Must have experience in an administrative role Proficient IT skills Can communicate clearly and organised approach Can provide good customer service with professional telephone manner Previous Transport experience would be advantageous What's in it for you?
