Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Spa Therapist in Kilkenny. We are seeking experienced and passionate therapists who are dedicated to delivering exceptional spa experiences and wellness treatments in a tranquil and professional environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer care, and a genuine passion for wellness and beauty therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of spa treatments including facials, massages, body treatments, and beauty services as trained
* Deliver treatments in a professional, welcoming, and customer-focused manner
* Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all treatment and spa areas
* Build strong client relationships and advise on aftercare and suitable products
* Maintain detailed records of treatments and bookings
* Assist in promoting spa services, packages, and retail products
* Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards including all necessary COVID or HACCP protocols
* Support the wider spa team in daily operations and guest satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
* Recognised qualification in beauty therapy, massage, or spa treatments (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC)
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
