Hotel Receptionist
Waterford Marina Hotel is inviting applications for an enthusiastic and passionate Receptionist to join the Front Office team.
Responsibilities
* Checking in and out guests and ensuring a smooth check‑in/out experience.
* Recording, charging and providing accurate guest service in a timely manner.
* Resolving or reporting any discrepancies in guest requests or billing.
* Maintaining the security of the hotel in accordance with standard protocols.
* Checking billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and minimizing room rebates.
* Acting on any complaints or queries expressed by guests, informing the Manager on Duty and seeking assistance when necessary.
