The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to manufacture components and products that meet quality and safety standards. CNC Machinists conduct quality inspections, adhere to safety protocols, maintain accurate production documentation, and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.Ability to cross-train and work overtime as needed.Other duties as assigned. Education: Familiarity with machining techniques, tools, and equipment. Ability to use machining equipment, hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and testing equipment effectively. Ability to produce parts and products to meet quality standards. Ability to be flexible in role, adjusting to new processes, technologies, or production requirements. 1+ years of machining experience. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. Familiarity with quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to handle parts and tools with precision. Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.Ability to work in environments with noise, chemicals, dust, sharp objects, moving/rotating mechanical parts, and temperature extremes.
