Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Hotel General Manager to join our team in Dublin. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic leader with strong hotel management experience to oversee the full operations of our accommodation centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of the accommodation centre.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including accommodation, catering, maintenance, and resident services.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with best practice.
* Lead, train, and motivate staff, ensuring a supportive and collaborative working environment.
* Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation effectively.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, staff, stakeholders, and local community partners.
* Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and quality standards are consistently maintained.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, Deputy General Manager, or Operations Manager within the hospitality sector.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop diverse teams.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.
* Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
