* Monitor daily financial transactions to identify discrepancies or errors.

* Assist with year-end financial report preparation, performing reconciliations of parish accounts and entering parish transactional data into bespoke accounting systems.
* Organise and maintain source documents, files, and account affiliated information.
* Perform job duties on computer accounting systems, including spreadsheets, online databases, and charitable accounting software.
* Collaborate with parishes to develop digital donations systems.
