Financial Controller (Market Leading Business)Dublin SouthArmont have partnered with a market leading organisation seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their dynamic finance team based in south Dublin on an initial 15-month contract.This outstanding senior finance opportunity will play a key hands-on management role within an established business that has achieved impressive expansion in recent years. Within this position you will manage a team of qualified accountants and report into the Finance Director.This role will suit an ambitious finance controller that trained within a Big 4 / Top 10 firm and has a minimum of 4 + years’ finance management PQE.The RoleManage a team of qualified accountantsProvide leadership and direction to the finance team on a day-to-day basisManage statutory reporting and act as the primary liaison for external auditorsReview and monitor KPIs for any potential improvements in futureMaintain and oversee internal controlsWork with the finance team to drive improvement and efficiencyAd hoc duties and projects to support the evolving business environmentThe CandidateQualified ACA or ACCA Accountant with a minimum of 4+ years’ finance management PQEAlternatively Big 4 / Top 10 trained ACA at senior manager or associate director levelStrong leadership qualities and experience of team developmentExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels across the businessThe RewardsSalary range, circa €95,000 to €105,000 (DOE)
