Your Role as Retail Deputy Manager and Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and Inspire: As a Deputy Manager, directly manage your team to enhance store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Monitor Store Performance: Track key metrics such as turnover, revenue, wages, shrinkage, and wastage to ensure the store runs efficiently.
* Step Up When Needed: Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring operations continue smoothly.
* Collaborate for Success: Work with the Store Management team to meet KPIs and exceed customer expectations.
* Maintain Standards: As a Deputy Manager, oversee store presentation, stock control, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
