Key Responsibilities • Provide secretarial and administrative support to fee earners • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and client files • Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and third parties • Manage diaries, appointments, and case management systems • Assist with wills, probate applications, and estate administration matters • Ensure compliance and file management procedures are maintained
Essential Skills & Experience • Previous Legal Secretary experience within Conveyancing and Probate • Strong typing, organisational, and administrative skills • Excellent communication and client care abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems • Professional, discreet, and proactive approach
