What you'll be doing (besides making dreams come true):
* You'll run the show on shift — front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.
* You'll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You'll be hands-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
* You'll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic — stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone's happy to be here. When your manager's away, you'll hold down the fort like a boss.
