Job Title: Senior Bioprocess Engineer
As a Senior Bioprocess Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and commissioning new and renovated biopharmaceutical process equipment. Your expertise will be essential in providing engineering support and problem-solving for existing equipment and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the scope, deliverables, scheduling, budgeting, and quality of engineering projects related to cGMP process equipment, piping, controls, and facilities.
* Assist in the design review, site acceptance, and installation of equipment.
* Prepare and present project status reports.
* Develop and disseminate technical information relating to equipment, engineering, and GMPs.
* Recommend and implement corrective/preventative actions for existing equipment and manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering.
* 8+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical process equipment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
