Key Position in Residential Development
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a pivotal role in the commercial success of multiple residential developments, from land acquisition through to final handover.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
* Conduct thorough tender analysis and negotiate with subcontractors to achieve optimal results.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
* Evaluate and implement effective cost-control measures to minimize expenses and maximize returns throughout the project lifecycle.
* Assess value variations, manage interim payments, and finalize accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
* Liaise closely with site teams, architects, engineers, and external consultants to guarantee that commercial objectives are met and exceeded.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to drive excellence within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
