Responsibilities
* Provide a safe, supportive environment for clients
* Offer companionship, assist with daily living tasks, and support community integration
* Help clients achieve independence and personal goals
* Build trusting relationships through emotional support
Requirements
* Experience in Social Care, mental health support, intellectual disabilities, or complex needs
* A passion for promoting independence and dignity
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Availability for night and weekend shifts
* A full driving license is essential
