Care Professionals are required to provide high-quality care to young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning. They will contribute to the day-to-day running of the service.
Responsibilities
Successful candidates will have:
- A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area
- Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
- Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care
- Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
- Full Clean Manual Driving License
