We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage, optimize, and secure our Microsoft 365 services. This role is responsible for supporting effective and secure collaboration across the organization while maximizing the usage and benefits of our cloud productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the administration of Microsoft 365 tenants.
* Configure Teams settings and manage channels.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365-related issues.
