Telepsychology Counsellor Role
We are offering a unique opportunity for passionate Counsellors to join an organisation committed to mental health and employee wellbeing in Dublin.

Responsibilities:
* Delivering immediate emotional support and guidance through telephone-based counselling services.
* Conducting clinical assessments, risk assessments, and providing appropriate signposting.
* Working in line with BACP ethics, ensuring excellent service delivery.
* Engaging in structured video counselling sessions, with time counted towards BACP accreditation.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all case management is handled efficiently.
* Providing CBT mentoring and applying solution-focused techniques to help callers reach positive outcomes.
* Participating in ongoing training, working with complex issues such as trauma and safeguarding.
Requirements:
* Minimum of a Diploma in Counselling (Level 4) with at least 150 counselling hours inclusive of placement hours.
* 10 months' post-qualification experience and a registered member of BACP (or equivalent).
* High level of computer literacy.
* Experience dealing with safeguarding concerns.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
