You Will:
* Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
* Drive timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
* Lead and coordinate R&D and cross‑functional teams
* Ensure alignment with quality, regulatory, and business requirements
* Communicate project status clearly to key stakeholders
Skills / Experience:
* 3–5 years' experience in Project Management
* Medical device experience, ideally Class II or Class III
* Strong background in New Product Development / Introduction
* Proven experience leading R&D teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
