Our client, a leading membership organisation, is seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Dublin City Centre. This role offers a base salary of €38,000, a generous commission structure, and the opportunity to work from home two days per week after your probation period. Inside Sales Executive Salary: €38,000 OTE €50k Location: Dublin 2 Hybrid (2 days WFH after probation) You will be responsible for growing the organisations membership base through proactive outreach, managing inbound membership enquiries, and developing strong relationships with prospective and existing members. You will also have the opportunity to promote additional services and events. Key Responsibilities Drive membership growth through outbound calls, emails, and networking Manage incoming membership enquiries and guide prospects through the joining process Maintain accurate records on the CRM and track activity against KPIs Promote additional products and services, including events, training, and support programmes Represent the organisation at external events and networking opportunities Work closely with the wider team to achieve sales and engagement targets About You Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales. And a proven track record in sales. Candidates without sales experience will not be considered.
