The Role
Our Precision Advertising team is responsible for the strategy, activation and running of data-driven digital ad campaigns for key clients across Core. We are looking for someone who is pro-active and driven by curiosity to manage these digital ad campaigns.
Working within our Performance practice, and reporting to the Precision Creative Manager, our Precision Advertising team is closely integrated with our Programmatic and Social teams.
Key roles and responsibilities will be to:
* Work closely with teams from Performance, other practices and external agencies to implement and manage data-driven display, social and video ad campaigns
* Monitor daily performance of campaigns, while implementing regular updates to digital ads
* Support ongoing optimisation of campaigns towards client KPIs and performance targets
* Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices
* Stay informed of industry trends and best practices and understand how they can be applied to our client's business
Your profile
Experience:
* Marketing/Animation/Media Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (quality experience candidates without a degree may be considered)
* Fluency in Adobe creative suite across all disciplines, Animate, After-effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign desirable but not necessary
* An understanding of digital advertising
* Demonstrable interest in marketing, digital media and advertising technology
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, especially Excel

* Well-organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
* Be driven by curiosity and grit.
* You can work in a fast paced, complex environment, where you need to work together with other specialists as a team to deliver results.
