The role will be based in Belfast with regular travel throughout the UK.Your new roleAs a Civils Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of civil engineering projects from procurement through to final account. You will prepare valuations, manage subcontractor accounts, assess variations and ensure accurate cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with operational teams to monitor progress, manage risk and maintain strong financial control. The role requires a proactive approach, strong commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively across multiple project locations.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you should have proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the civil engineering sector and a solid understanding of NEC contracts.
