Job Title: Cost Control Professional
The Cost Control Engineer is responsible for monitoring, controlling and reporting project costs to the Senior Leadership team.
The project cost controller provides information that gives cost visibility to the senior management team enabling them to make decisions that allow the project to be delivered within budget.
Job Description:
* Develop and maintain detailed project cost estimates and budgets completing iterative budget updates as needed.
* Deliver monthly cost reports to the senior management team and other stakeholders detailing actual spending to date and forecast of estimates to complete all measured against available project budget.
* Work with stakeholders identify cost saving opportunities making recommendations projects managers stakeholders.

•Bachelor's degree in accounting finance Construction Economics quantity surveying.
•3-5 years of experience in project control accountancy or related field.
•Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge skills*.
