We have an opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our Facilities team. The purpose of this role is to ensure all calls logged with the Facilities repair helpdesk are well managed and processed efficiently. The role encompasses call logging, purchase order management, along with metrics reporting and analysis.: Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Provide helpdesk services to the stores by accepting & logging issues in relation to repairs. Log repair calls and assign contractors to deal effectively and efficiently with store issues. Meet with contractors to resolve issues and develop relationships Achieve month end deadlines to ensure the P&L accruals are accurate. Management of reactive maintenance database. Coordinating response to maintenance issues. Data entry inputting purchases orders, receipting purchase orders, etc. Create, update and goods receipt POs on BC in a timely manner. Update of the Facilities Database with both the stores and the contractors. Information Management preparation of reports and analysis of metrics/data, preferred contractor list etc. Resolving pricing queries with Contractors General administrative duties within the Facilities department along with backup support as required to Energy Other duties may be assigned in line with the requirements of the business. The successful candidates will possess the following: Leaving certificate Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Excellent people management and negotiation skills, good communicator, both verbal and written. Strong analytical skills. The ability to identify and solve problems, be self-motivated and have a consistent work methodology. Good Time Management Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer.
